Its Christmas Time! (^.^)
Its Christmas time yet again... my favourite time of the year! Red and green are the colours of this special season, and so they will be for my blog posts heh. I love the lights, the music, the food, and of course the presents! haha. What's most important, however, is that it remembers the birth of Jesus Christ, who brought with him the gift of eternal life-the best present that mortal man can ever receive. Without Christ, there will be no Christmas today.
The past week was busy, but a happy one for me =) I've been working at Harbor Front, where I'll be till next week. We might be getting a few days after Christmas off if we finish our work by Friday. That's gonna be a real bonus! I'm auditing a 'dream client', and that's because of my love for photography heh. They're one of the major photography equipment suppliers.
I was only able to attend youth camp for one full day this year, but it was a very good one day of bonding and hearing God's Word with the rest of the youths. There were some minuses though... like the super yucky obstacle course game (too yucky to elaborate here, haha) and mozzie bites! hahaha. The location: Bukit Batok Adventure Centre.
I watched 'Flags of Our Fathers' with 2 of my army buddies on Friday night. Its quite different from the usual Hollywood flick I think. Instead of celebrating heroism, this show deliberately downplays it. I enjoyed it overall, although I think I would have preferred a bit more action.
That's about all for today =) I'm looking forward to next weekend lots!
